SINGAPORE, October 12, 2015 - UPS® (NYSE:UPS) is expanding its UPS Worldwide Express® service to more than 41,000 new postal codes around the world,

offering earlier time-guaranteed delivery options to customers who previously could only enjoy guaranteed end-of-day services.

This is the largest one-time expansion of the service in UPS's history. UPS currently delivers more packages internationally and offers more guaranteed small-package

delivery options than any integrated logistics company, and this service expansion further strengthens its capabilities in the market.

UPS Worldwide Express is part of the UPS Express® portfolio. UPS Express offers customers three guaranteed time-of-day delivery options, and features:
ŸExpress Plus for early-morning delivery to 27 countries
ŸŸExpress for midday delivery to 65 countries
Express Saver for end-of-day delivery to 220 countries and territories

Starting October 19, customers can use UPS Worldwide Express to send shipments to the new postal codes,

including to more than 23,000 new postal codes in Asia Pacific markets, namely, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.

"Our global service expansion of UPS Worldwide Express and continuous investments in Asia underscores our commitment to help our customers grow in the region,"

said Nando Cesarone, President of UPS Asia Pacific. "As more businesses in Asia participate in global value chains1, the service expansion goes towards helping them to

precisely manage the imports of manufacturing components and the exports of final products across Asia. With the e-commerce boom in Asia, UPS Worldwide Express can

also ensure that retailers are better able to satisfy their consumers in Asia."

UPS Worldwide Express service offers guaranteed delivery on the next business day by 10:30 a.m., noon, or 2:00 p.m., depending on the destination. Individuals and companies of

all sizes can use the service, and it is particularly beneficial to those who need to send time-sensitive international shipments. UPS Worldwide Express service is available in 65 countries

that comprise 91% of the global gross domestic product.

"The expansion of the UPS Worldwide Express service in China and Asia Pacific helps Chinese businesses optimize their supply chains. This service boosts their ability to

process time-sensitive orders because they are able to receive their components and deliver the final goods to their customers latest by 2:00pm," said Richard Loi, President of UPS China.

"In UPS's Made in China 2.0 Index research, Chinese exporters were urged to use logistics to gain competitive advantages. We believe that flexible logistics solutions such as

UPS Worldwide Express will help UPS customers ride the wave2 of increasing business-to-consumer online retail in China and reap benefits from it."

Cross-border trade is on track to increase around the world

The World Trade Organization predicts a 3.3% increase in world merchandise trade in 2015 and a 4% increase in 2016.3

The expansion of UPS Worldwide Express service to the new postal codes helps facilitate growth in international trade by giving customers an even larger coverage area for urgent

deliveries. The option of an earlier time-definite delivery with UPS Worldwide Express service allows shippers to get more things done and keep their businesses moving.

This service expansion, along with other UPS offerings, also supports the rise of global e-commerce.

Companies in the high-tech, retail and industrial manufacturing industries are the biggest users of UPS Worldwide Express service.

High-tech companies, for example, operate in a particularly fast-paced environment with little to no downtime between product generations.

UPS Worldwide Express service gives companies like these greater ability to keep their manufacturing and distribution moving at the speeds they require.

The majority of the new postal codes are in Asia Pacific. In Europe and Canada, UPS is further expanding its already broad coverage,

while the new postal codes in Latin America, the Indian Sub-continent, the Middle East and Africa will grow UPS's footprint in these burgeoning regions.
