Amazon Delivery Update

Important Information for all customers delivering to Amazon  DTM2 + HAM2 + STR1 + BHX2 + MAN1 + MAN2 Please see below for current delays that are affecting the unloading of goods at some Amazon Fulfilment Centres.

These delays are a result of Amazon having challenges unloading the volume of freight being received at these specific locations. As a result Amazon stop more freight arriving until they have caught up. We are assured that Amazon are working to clear the backlog of freight created by current high volumes of freight arriving. All goods already booked with us will be delivered as soon as Amazon are able to take them.

Whilst you need take no further action regarding the transportation of your shipment I strongly recommend that you check the delay does not cause your freight to miss Amazon's requested 'on-time compliance window'. Doing so may cause Amazon to raise late delivery fines against despite the fact they are unable to take delivery.
